We're onboarding a small number of founding communities now — lock in founding pricing for as long as you stay. Non-profit, church, club and small-building discounts are available; just ask. Security & privacy, by design

A member directory is sensitive. We treat it that way — isolation and encryption aren't add-ons, they're the foundation.

  • Every community is walled off — its own database and its own encryption key. One community can never see another's data.
  • Personal data is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) — names, phones, emails and notes — and every connection is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.
  • Passwordless sign-in — emailed links, no reused passwords to leak.
  • We never sell or share your data — no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no outside trackers. Member data stays within the community.
  • Members control what's visible — per-field publish toggles, listings are consent-tracked, and the directory is visible only to verified members — never the public or search engines.

Acknowledgement & Release of Liability — version 2026-07-v1, last updated July 2026.

By signing up, I represent that I am authorized to act on behalf of my community, homeowners association, condominium association, or property (the “Community”) and to accept this acknowledgement on its behalf.

  1. Service “as is.” The directory, bulletin board, and related features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, myDirectory and its owners, operators, and developers (collectively, the “Provider”) disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  2. Community-supplied content and residents. The Community is responsible for the accuracy of the information it and its residents provide, for having the right and any necessary consent to submit resident data, and for how its administrators and residents use the service. myDirectory and its owners, operators, and developers (collectively, the “Provider”) does not control and is not responsible for content posted by residents or users.
  3. Release. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Community, on behalf of itself and its board, administrators, and residents, releases and forever discharges myDirectory and its owners, operators, and developers (collectively, the “Provider”) from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or relating to the service, the conduct of any resident or user, disputes between residents, or content submitted to the service.
  4. Indemnification (hold harmless). The Community agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless myDirectory and its owners, operators, and developers (collectively, the “Provider”) from and against any third-party claim (including from a resident or user) arising out of the Community's use of the service, its content, or its violation of this acknowledgement or applicable law.
  5. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, myDirectory and its owners, operators, and developers (collectively, the “Provider”) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits; and the Provider's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount the Community paid for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
  6. Not a waiver of non-waivable rights. Nothing in this acknowledgement waives any right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law, and it does not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence where such a limitation is prohibited by law.

This acknowledgement is a general release and is not legal advice. The Community is encouraged to review it with its own counsel. It does not replace the full Terms of Service or any signed service agreement.
